St Peter's Green Team keeps environmental responsibility on the agenda in all we do as church, and enables St Peter's to support the work of green organisations in the wider community of the Comox Valley.

Environmental responsibility - What is St. Peter's doing well, what could we do better? This new group will survey St Peters and discuss ideas and strategies to help us reduce our carbon footprint.

From Rev Sulin: The Bishop's 6 priorities have encouraged us at St Peter's to create a Green Team, to look at what we already do well, could do better or ought to consider doing in response to climate change and the environmental crisis. Read How Eco Church works. We will be using, as a guide, the A Rocha UK Eco Church material to help us get started on this survey. More info here.

The online Advent Retreat with A Rocha was hosted by Rev Matthew Humphrey who is clergy in this diocese. He will be helping me envision how our Green Team might function in the Parish.
