Parish Council met Nov. 16 and confirmed the worship plan for Christmas. Services will be held on Dec 24th at 4pm, 6pm, and 11pm, and on Dec 25 at 930am. See the Advent Events item for more information. 

Council approved a partnership with St John the Divine in Courtenay to open a branch of the Blessings Boutique, with the same name, branding, and goal as the one in Comox.

Council also agreed to work in cooperation with the Courtenay Food Bank to distribute food to people in Comox. The CFB will promote our food bank, Bridging the Gap, to make it easier for people who live in Comox to get food. If necessary, they will also bring food to Comox and distribute it directly from our location during our office hours on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Council also decided to move forward quickly with the long-awaited review of our parish giving, to determine which organizations St. Peter's will be supporting in future. A parish consultation will be coming your way.
